How to choose between Graco, PMC, and Gusmer
Most contractors already have a preference from crew experience, but if you're speccing a first or second rig, the decision usually comes down to three questions: how you want to diagnose problems in the field, how fast you need parts, and what your resale market looks like when you eventually upgrade.
Graco Reactor
Digital ratio monitoring means an off-ratio condition throws a fault code instead of showing up later as a soft or brittle spray pattern — useful for newer techs still learning to read foam by eye. Gusmer

Parts lead times run slightly longer than Graco on specialty components, which is the trade-off for that heavy-duty commercial pedigree.

Formulation differences between manufacturers show up mainly in three places: rise profile (how fast the reaction expands before it sets, which affects lift on vertical cavities), pot life stability at lower ambient temperatures, and how forgiving the formulation is if your ratio drifts slightly off 1:1 mid-job.
